A former 10-year NFL veteran turned serial entrepreneur, Marques has spent the last decade building and advising companies at the intersection of sports, health, and technology. His experience spans athlete development, venture capital, and innovation strategy—most recently leading growth initiatives for a $2B healthcare system. At Kompete, he brings a systems-first approach to solving one of sport’s biggest challenges: building scalable infrastructure for athlete development.

Jamie Hollins
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer
With over 25 years of experience in sports, fitness, and technology, Jamie has built and scaled multiple companies—including a global performance testing platform with licensees in 12 countries. He also launched Canada’s largest network of sport-specific training facilities. At Kompete, Jamie leads product innovation and operational scale, combining technical precision with a deep commitment to access and impact.
